LifeReel helps you gather short video, photo, and audio contributions from the people you invite and weaves them into a film for someone you care about. Features and availability may change as we develop the product.

When you use LifeReel, you agree that:

• You have the consent of the people you invite, record, or include — including the right to collect and share their contributions through LifeReel.
• The content you and your contributors upload is lawful and yours to share, and does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
• You keep your account credentials secure and are responsible for activity on your account.

You agree not to use LifeReel to:

• Upload unlawful, harassing, hateful, or infringing content.
• Impersonate others or collect contributions without consent.
• Disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.

You can stop using LifeReel and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe create risk or legal exposure for us or others.

LifeReel is currently provided during a beta period. It is offered “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Features may be incomplete or change, and availability is not guaranteed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gove Companies LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or content, arising from your use of LifeReel. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it, which during beta is zero.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
